Adopt a Shih Tzu / Poodle (Miniature) / Mixed (medium coat)

This is the sweetest dogs ever! Holly is 11 years old and about 14 lbs. She is super friendly and social and very affectionate with everyone she meets. She would make a perfect therapy dog and can be in with all age humans, and with dogs and cats, and even chickens. She is great in the car and crate trained, although she does not need the crate, for she is so well mannered! Holly lived with another dog her whole life with a lovely woman, who passed away. They went to live with the woman's niece, who ended up with a lot of her own health issues, so these 2 great dogs came to live with us! She is so gentle and sweet and still a little active. Do not let her age fool you or dissuade you - she is a great and healthy family dog. Please, please open your hearts and homes to this little girl - you will be so glad you did. She is truly a wonderful little, non-shedding, hypo-allergenic dog. Way cuter in person, especially her eyes!

PREGNANT DOG And ALL BREED RESCUE is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility, specializing in pregnant dogs, moms with newborns, and small or medium adult dogs (we take in pregnant dogs, we do not adopt out pregnant dogs).  We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions!  (We often have puppies and moms not listed on the site, for they might be too young at the moment to list, so please, contact us to be sure of our available pups!)  We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. PREGNANT DOG And ALL BREED RESCUE puppies are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. Our Puppies are current on vaccines, wormed, and extremely well cared for from birth - most even know how to use a dog door by the time they leave us!  They are friendly and social and very affectionate!  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! 

Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm and lyme tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $450.  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)
